All requests and required documentation must be received within 30 days of your order date. Any sales tax refunds which may be due will be refunded in the same method used for payment of your order--or in certain circumstances, in the form of a merchandise credit. This process must be followed for each tax-exempt order placed to receive the eligible tax credit.
