Return & Exchange Policy

We are more than confident that you will love what you buy from us, but if for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your item, we will be glad to assist you at your convenience, within 30 days for some items. Please note, some exceptions may apply.

Items must be returned in original containers, or original packaging and intact price tags and labels. Clothing, underwear, shoes, socks will not be accepted if worn, even if you wash them and iron them. 

Jewelry

Once we receive your items, our team will examine them to see if they are returnable. If you break the seal or packaging, label or price tags, we will not be able to accept your items and you will be charged extra shipping fees.

Please remember that items that have been sized or customized, altered are not eligible for return. We want you to know that we are glad to help you when you wish to return your items, if they are qualified. When you wish to return your items, please have your proof of purchase available. You will need the original receipt, the debit or credit card you purchased the items, the intact label, or packaging slip. You may get a complete refund in the original form of payment excluding bank processing fee, if there is any.

If you do not have the original receipt, you may try to exchange certain qualified items within 30 days of purchase, but there is no complete guaranty that you will return without proof of purchase.

Beauty and health

Beauty & health merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange if they are opened, used or if original packaging is damaged. We are unable to accept any return that is sent back to us when such stuffs happened. You may discard your items if you do not wish to keep them.

Cosmetics & Fragrances

Cosmetics and fragrances can be returned within 30 days of purchase if not used and if in original conditions.

You will need your original receipt, your debit or credit card information. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. If you do not have any of that, you may be eligible for an exchange on qualified items.

Designer Brands

All purchase of designer brands can be returned within 5 days of purchase. Return must be made at the location of the shipment. You will need proof of purchase. You will need your original receipt, your debit or credit card information. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. If you do not have any of that, you may be qualified for an exchange on qualified items, but item can be exchanged in original conditions. Keep in mind, not all designer brand is eligible for return or exchange.

Personal care, sunglasses, artworks, mirrors, lighting, electrical, home accessories and electronic items are not to be returned if original packaging is damaged or unsealed. Clearance, “As is” merchandise cannot be accepted, and no exchange will be offered. Mattresses, furniture can be returned within 5 days, but a 15 % deduction will be retained for restocking. All sales on clearance are final. 

Bridal items

Bridal items sales are not eligible for return or exchange. Also note, return shipping fees are non- refundable. 

Electronics

Electronics, smart watches, smart phones, tablets and accessories cannot be returned.

You may try on your own to return them if their vendors will accept them from you. CONFIDENCE EMPIRE, Inc. provides no guaranties that you will get a refund if packaging is damaged, if price tags are not attached, or if you lose your receipt. Some vendors’ policies may be different from our policies. It is always a good idea to check with our merchants’ policies to see if your items are eligible for return.
