No one should judge our customers based on color, race, religion, origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, appearance, ancestry, physical characteristics or financial capability. In our company, we treat everyone the same.

Our company is committed to treat our customers, guests, employees, contractors, suppliers with respect and dignity regardless of who they are and regardless of their financial capability. The customer who can afford an item that costs 1 dollar must always get the same high customer service and the same respect that someone gets when he or she can order a million dollars of goods. It is a violation of our policy to judge people on anything but not limited to what we describe above. Any violation will subject to disciplinary action.

The use of excessive force and abusive or threatening language when apprehending or detaining a suspect is against our policy. 

Our company reserves the right to detain and to work with law enforcement to investigate any criminal activity against our company’s property. 

Complaint about profiling can be made Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
